This policy applies to Crestforge Wealth Private Limited (“we”, “us”), an AMFI registered mutual fund distributor bearing ARN 333310 and CIN U66190TS2026PTC213737, having its registered office at SY 6, B P Raju Marg, Kondapur, Serilingampally, K.V. Rangareddy, Telangana — 500084, and to this website and the services we provide through it.

By using this website or sharing your details with us you accept the practices described here. If you do not agree with them, please do not submit your information.

What we collect

• Information you give us — name, mobile number, email address and whatever you write in an enquiry form or tell us on a call.
• Information required to transact — where you choose to invest through us, the KYC and financial details the regulations require: PAN, date of birth, address, bank account details, nominee details and risk profile.
• Information collected automatically — standard web server data such as browser type, device type, approximate region and the pages you visited.

The calculators and goal planners on this website run entirely in your browser. The figures you enter into them are not transmitted to us and are not stored.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and to contact you about it.
• To onboard you, complete KYC and place and service the transactions you ask us to place.
• To send you statements, review notes and service communications.
• To meet obligations imposed on us by SEBI, AMFI, the AMCs, and applicable anti-money-laundering and tax reporting law.

We do not sell your personal information to anybody, and we do not share it for anybody else's marketing.

Who we share it with

• Asset management companies and their registrars — to open folios and process transactions.
• Our transaction platform provider — the technology partner through which transactions are placed and your holdings are displayed.
• KYC registration agencies — as required to complete or verify KYC.
• Insurers and other product manufacturers — where you ask us to place an application with them.
• Regulators, courts and statutory authorities — where we are legally required to disclose.

How long we keep it

Records relating to transactions and KYC are retained for the periods prescribed by applicable law and regulation, which in most cases run for several years after the relationship ends.

Enquiry records where no relationship followed are kept only as long as they are useful to us, and you may ask us to delete them at any time.

Security

This website is served over HTTPS. Transaction data is held on the systems of our platform provider, the AMCs and their registrars, each of which maintains its own security controls.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will never ask you for your transaction password or an OTP, by any channel, for any reason.

Cookies

This website uses only what is necessary to serve and display pages. We do not run advertising trackers on it. Your browser settings control cookies, and blocking them will not prevent you from using this site.

Your choices

• Ask us what personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to stop sending you marketing communications — we will stop, though we must continue to send transaction and regulatory communications while you hold investments through us.
• Ask us to delete information we are not required by law to retain.

Children

This website is not directed at children. Investments for a minor are opened and operated by the guardian, whose details we collect and hold.
